We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Several types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards and downloadable products
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with your order number and issue details.
